Standard Booth		⦁ USD 3,640 per booth (VAT not included) ⦁ Includes 3m x 3m exhibition space and a standard shell scheme booth ⦁ Inclusions - Side and rear walls, Company name sign (Korean/English), Lighting, Pytex flooring, 220V double socket (1kW), 1 information desk and 1 chair, 1 meeting table and 2 chairs

Price Policy

• * The amounts listed are excluding VAT
• * Early bird discount + continuous participation discount can be applied together (continuous participation discount applies only once)

Payment deadline

• ※ Please refer to your individual invoice for specific details.
• - Deposit: 50% of the total participation fee → Due within 7 days of receiving the invoice
• - Remaining Balance: → Due within 30 days of receiving the invoice

Cancellation and refund policy

• - Cancellation or reduction in booth size more than 180 days prior to the exhibition → Full refund of all payments made
• - Cancellation or reduction in booth size 120 days prior to the exhibition → 50% of the total participation fee will be charged as a cancellation penalty
• - Cancellation or reduction in booth size 60 days prior to the exhibition → 80% of the total participation fee will be charged as a cancellation penalty
• - Cancellation or reduction in booth size within 30 days of the exhibition → 100% of the total participation fee will be charged as a cancellation penalty
• ※ If the organizer cancels the exhibition, all participation fees paid will be fully refunded.
